Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and maintain applications and integrations within the QNXT claims processing software.
Work with standard interfaces to support claims adjudication, eligibility, and benefits administration.
Collaborate with business analysts and operational teams to define technical requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Support utilization management processes through technical solutions that enhance efficiency and compliance.
Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure optimal system performance.
Document technical designs, processes, and workflows to align with business requirements and compliance standards.
Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices related to QNXT development and healthcare technology.

Required
Minimum of 3 years working with QNXT claims processing software in a developer role.
Strong knowledge of QNXT architecture, standard interfaces, and utilization management.
Experience with system integration, APIs, and database development (SQL preferred).
Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
