Responsibilities

Utilize in-depth knowledge of payer processes including Enrolment, Claims, and Billing to enhance operational efficiencies and resolve complex issues.

Leverage expertise in the QNXT data model to support system configurations, integrations, and data management tasks.

Conduct comprehensive requirement elicitation sessions with stakeholders to gather detailed business and technical requirements.

Translate business needs into clear and actionable technical specifications.

Design and implement innovative healthcare solutions that address business needs and enhance patient outcomes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy healthcare solutions.

Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned on project objectives and progress.

Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and documentation as required.
