Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients through various channels (phone, email, web inquiries, portals, etc.) to gather initial information about their financial situation, funding needs, and business goals.
Assess the lead’s suitability for Benetrends’ funding options by conducting high-level financial discussions and asking targeted questions to understand their liquidity, credit standing, retirement savings, and funding timelines.
Accurately input lead information into the CRM system, ensuring all relevant details are captured for seamless hand-offs to funding consultants.
Serve as the initial voice of Benetrends, representing the company with professionalism and enthusiasm while building rapport with prospective clients.
Provide high-level explanations of Benetrends’ funding options, addressing general inquiries, and offering clarity on next steps.
Manage scheduling for funding consultants by either transferring qualified leads directly or helping them schedule a follow-up call at a mutually convenient time.
Work closely with funding consultants to ensure all qualified leads are properly prepared and informed before consultations.
Provide detailed notes and background information to funding consultants to streamline the transition and avoid duplicate conversations.
Act as a bridge between potential clients and funding consultants, ensuring a smooth hand-off and maintaining the client’s confidence in the process.
Track and monitor lead activity and follow-ups, ensuring no opportunities fall through the cracks.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify trends, improve qualification processes, and ensure the most effective use of resources.
Provide feedback on the quality of leads and suggest adjustments to improve lead generation and qualification processes.
