Responsibilities
Support Quality Inspectors by scanning and archiving documents electronically.
Ensure access and dispatch parts as needed.
Assist in assessing parts requiring Quality Inspection.
Physically and electronically archive documentation.
Support investigations by retrieving necessary documents.
Collaborate closely with Receiving Agents and Quality Inspectors to ensure documentation completeness and compliance with the Quality Manual.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs.
