Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate the Trails application functionality.

Design and implement test scripts to assess application reliability, performance, and quality.

Identify and resolve defects during the production process.

Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective measures to uphold quality standards.

Draft and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and documentation.

Investigate and resolve customer complaints and product issues.

Conduct statistical analysis to compile quality assurance reports.

Ensure the application meets user expectations and industry regulatory requirements.

Required

Current experience focusing on the Child Welfare (CW) functionality.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.

Expertise in manual testing and quality assurance methodologies.

Strong knowledge of QA databases and applications.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
