Responsibilities
Collaborate with IT staff to identify issues within business and system requirements
Create test plans, execute test cases, and report defects
Ensure that systems and software meet quality expectations and the needs of customers
Lead the documentation and maintenance of testing strategies, best practices, plans, and procedures
Build and maintain relationships with a team of Business Analysts, UX Designers, development resources, and other Quality Analysts
Identify, record, and track defects to resolution
Conduct regression testing, performance testing, smoke testing, and stress testing as needed
Document and communicate test results and provide feedback to IT Team and business stakeholders
Contribute to the successful implementation, validation, delivery, and adoption of defined solutions

Required
An Associate degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field of study, or equivalent related experience.
Knowledge of quality assurance policies, procedures, and best practices.
Proficiency with issue tracking systems (i.e. JIRA, Confluence) and Microsoft Office products.
Experience developing and executing test cases and scripts based on business and system requirements, and design documentation.
The ability to lead the documentation and maintenance of testing strategies, best practices, plans, and procedures.
The ability to build and maintain relationships with a team of Business Analysts, UX Designers, development resources, and other Quality Analysts.
Experience identifying, recording, and tracking defects to resolution.
The ability to conduct regression testing, performance testing, smoke testing, and stress testing as needed.
Experience documenting and communicating test results and providing feedback to IT Team and business stakeholders as needed.
The desire to contribute to the successful implementation, validation, delivery, and adoption of defined solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Superior presentation skills.
Capability to work collaboratively in a remote-first team environment.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be detail-oriented.
