Responsibilities

Assure that all technical documentation is maintained and compliant with 14 CFR part 145, EASA, CFR 21.137 and AS9100/ISO9001 regulations and requirements.
Understand and support regulatory and quality documents and procedures implementation.
Assure technical standards and work procedures are current.
Prepare for all internal, customer, and/or third-party audits; participate in audit process.
Follow up closing out non-conformance findings, and proper corrective and preventative actions.
Perform regular audits of key quality processes to ensure optimum process performance.
Actively participate in providing root cause analysis and corrective actions within QA processes.
Manage and handle customer issues and complaints log.
Manage the tools & equipment calibration program including calibration records.
Manage the technical training program and provide regulatory and procedural training occasionally.
Records and files according to regulatory requirements and retention schedules.
Verify documents for accuracy and perform data entry as required.
Regularly follow-up on engineering & quality communications.
Participate on site level boards and initiatives.
Perform administrative functions.
Communicate with various aviation authorities regularly.
Other duties as assigned.

Required
A technical degree or a degree in business administration, quality management or equivalent.
3 – 5 years of related experience and/or training in an aerospace industry including AS9100 quality system, 14 CFR part 145 repair station and EASA regulatory requirements.
3 – 5 years of experience administering a regulatory document control system.
Technical writing experience.
Must understand, speak, read, and write English.
Pre-employment background and drug & alcohol testing required.
Computer savvy, basic proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
