Responsibilities
Serve as the primary interface between the development team, system technicians, and customers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Conduct comprehensive functional testing, data analysis, and database reviews to verify software quality and system functionality.
Utilize programming skills to identify and address coding issues or configuration errors impacting system installations or functionality.
Enter identified coding errors into our bug tracking system (e.g., DEVOPS) and coordinate with developers to implement necessary code updates.
Verify system functionality post-installation to ensure customer requirements are met and address any outstanding issues.
Review code in progress for security vulnerabilities and provide recommendations for improvement.
Research and evaluate innovative technologies for potential incorporation into our software products.
Undertake small customization jobs for customers as needed.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in software quality assurance and release engineering roles.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, and release management.
Proficiency in C# and .NET for troubleshooting and code review.
Experience with bug tracking systems and version control tools.
Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., Microsoft SQL) and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure).
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams.
Proof of right to lawfully work in the United States required.
Preferred
Knowledge of security testing tools and techniques.
Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
