Responsibilities

Collect and evaluate data using statistical tools

Evaluate current processes and determine where improvement is required

Record change or corrective action and monitor the improvements

Develop and update process flow diagrams and control plans for manufacturing processes

Report data analysis and recommend corrective actions to quality and manufacturing leaders

Resolve quality issues by collaborating within the manufacturing organization

Provide quality training to plant personnel

Creates and revises quality forms to enable responsibilities above
