Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate Advisor conversations with clients and prospects for compliance, service and sales skills

Track trends and provide detailed reporting to management

Maintain a library of calls that can used for training and shared with internal partners

Consult with L&D partners to make recommendations for training required to upskill the workforce

Help build an environment that values teamwork, open communication, collaborative problem resolution, and a strong sense of urgency to resolve client issues

Series 65 licenseTechnical acumenFinancial services knowledgeRelationship management

Required

Technical acumen, financial services industry knowledge, and strong attention to detail
