Responsibilities
Evaluate, test, and validate systems services and/or software which have a high level of customization or are built in-house to ensure they meet defined requirements and standards.
Conduct database development testing for both in-house and cloud-hosted systems, Microsoft PowerApps and flows, and enterprise application solutions.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to interpret requirements and prioritize business needs in efforts to provide feedback about quality.
Adapt test approaches depending on the context of the project and use lessons learned to improve future performance.

Required
Bachelors degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong foundational knowledge in SQL and quality assurance standards and practices.
Excellent written and oral communication, listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate ideas in both specialized and audience appropriate language.
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Keen attention to detail.
Ability to think outside of the box and challenge the status quo.
Ability to adapt test approaches depending on the context of the project.
Ability to interpret, organize, and prioritize activities to meet testing and project goals without compromising quality.
Preferred
Experience with test automation and cloud-based data services.
Proven experience in the use of Agile methodologies.
