Responsibilities
Identifies, evaluates and addresses quality issues.
Guides process owners in Root Cause Analysis and facilitates completion of Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) documentation.
Conducts review of project-related and application validation documentation.
Develops and maintains standard operating procedures.
Conducts audits as needed.
Prepares audit report and tracks follow-up actions.
Assists with hosting regulatory & client inspections at the company's facilities.
Ensures quality and training documentation is maintained in accordance with corporate procedures.
Generates quality and training compliance reports.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree required preferably in Life Sciences, Clinical or Business area of study
2 – 5 years of related experience in regulated industry (e.g. pharma, medical device, food)
Proficient PC knowledge required including Microsoft Office Suite and Internet, SharePoint
Excellent verbal presentation and written communications skills
Good interpersonal skills
Continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
Makes sound, independent judgments that will influence decisions to be made to improve internal stakeholder satisfaction
Ability to work independently
Preferred
Pharmaceutical or Quality industry certification preferred (CQA, Six Sigma, RAPS)
