Responsibilities
Work remotely from your home office
Review medical records and ED & Ancillary codes assigned by the coder, then provide feedback and corrections as needed

Required
RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or CCS-P credential from AHIMA; CPC, COC or CIC from AAPC
3 or more years of recent ED & Ancillary facility coding experience
Top coding skills in specialty area. Coding test will be administered to demonstrate proficiency
Ability to work from home using high-speed wired Cable, DSL, or Satellite internet
Preferred
Experience with EMR, multiple encoders and abstracting systems
