Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and test plans for transcript processing features.

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and test frameworks using industry-standard tools and technologies.

Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and report defects for timely resolution and product quality maintenance.

Communicate with teams to prioritize testing efforts, escalate critical issues, and contribute to the product roadmap from a quality perspective.

Identify opportunities to optimize test automation processes and enhance test coverage.

Implement best practices for test automation, code reviews, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

2+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on test automation and test engineering.

Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C#, with experience in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Robot Framework).

Experience with test automation tools and technologies for API testing, UI testing, and end-to-end testing.

Knowledge of software testing methodologies, test design techniques, and best practices for test automation.

Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).

Preferred

Familiarity with transcript processing concepts, including text extraction, natural language processing (NLP) concepts, and data validation.

Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.
