Responsibilities
Conduct performance coaching for team members.
Maintain quality standards and advise leadership on operational improvements.
Lead and develop ongoing trainings and education materials for the Patient Access Specialist role.
Build awareness of available resources and work with team members to create individualized goals for continuous improvement.
Support Patient Access and Service Center Leadership with front-end initiatives, process improvements, and overall performance improvement.

Required
2+ years of call center and/or QA experience
Strong customer service skills
Preferred
1+ years in healthcare
Experience and knowledge of Contact Center operations
Teaching or training experience of adults
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Communications, Healthcare Administration or related field
