Responsibilities

Design and execute test plans, test cases, and testing procedures to identify defects and ensure product quality.

Develop and maintain automated test software using industry-standard tools and frameworks.

Review and provide feedback on code, architecture, and product requirements.

Provide cross-functional testing support to multiple engineering teams.

Continuously enhance and optimize automated test suites for efficiency and coverage.

Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a high-quality product release.

Required

Proven successes delivering automated testing frameworks that are used by both developers and QA engineers to support high quality product delivery.

Passionate about the use of automation to ensure we continuously test everything we deliver.

Strong coding ability.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desire to learn and grow.

Minimum of 5 years software test development experience.

Coding experience in JS, Python, TypeScript. Bash/ Shell scripting.

Experience with back back-end testing: Node, Docker, Postman, Microservices.

Experience with end-to-end automation frameworks: Playwright, Cypress, Selenium.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experience working with data analytics platforms.

Working knowledge of RDBMS and SQL.

Preferred

Experience in the Insurance industry is nice to have.
