Responsibilities
Evaluate data pipelines, chat applications, and more.
Develop and implement a test plan based on requirements and functional specifications.
Generate problem resolutions and track quality assurance standards to observe how applications perform.
Document results and communicate defects to the development team.
Expand experience in various types of testing, including manual, automated, usability, user acceptance testing, and testing process improvement.

Required
3+ years of experience with quality assurance
Experience with manual and automated testing of web applications and frameworks
Experience with project management tools, including Jira, Azure DevOps, or GitHub
Experience with programming languages commonly used for test automation, including Python, Java, or JavaScript
Experience with Azure or cloud service providers
Knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Experience with testing data-intensive applications and chat systems
Experience with Agile development methodologies and practices
Experience with SQL
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint or Power Platform
Experience with setting up and running automated regression tests in tools like Selenium or Katalon
Knowledge of API testing
