Responsibilities
After your initial onboarding and acclimation to the team, you will work with a team of highly skilled Software Developers, Engineers, and QA Analysts responsible for delivering customized solutions for federal and commercial clients.
You will work to maintain and execute manual and automated test that will programmatically test the core functionality for existing systems.
You will also assist with the development, deployment and execution of new manual and automation test scripts which will test newly developed functionality within these systems.
You will analyze daily test reports, diagnose, and report software defects utilizing approved procedures following software best practices after identifying issues within the code.
Additionally, you will analyze daily test reports, diagnose, and resolve any defects uncovered with the actual test cases themselves.
You will assist with prioritizing tasks, from implementation through test, and deployment during each Agile Sprint period.
You will collaborate with other Software Developers, QA Analysts, Operations staff, Supervisors, and Clients.
You will provide Team Leads with technical expertise and schedule input to ensure development activities proceed as needed.

Required
Require a BS degree and 4+ years of relevant experience; additional experience in lieu of a degree may be acceptable.
Must have 3+ years being a member of a Quality Assurance Team.
Must be knowledgeable of how to create and successfully execute manual and automated test cases.
Must demonstrate the ability to use the Agile process to effectively communicate with your team and project leadership.
Must have extensive experience with Selenium and the ability to demonstrate proficiency in the Java programming language, particularly in the context of Automated Testing
Must be someone with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must have some familiarity with cross-browser and integrated application testing.
US Citizenship required.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance (which includes three years of immediate residency in the US).
Preferred
3+ years being a member of a Quality Assurance Team.
Familiar with software best practices to design and implement well-documented, maintainable code.
Familiar with RESTful APIs, JSON, AJAX, XHTML, SOAP, JAVA, and SQL
Familiar with UI/UX and API testing
Familiar with cloud technology environments
Familiar with some ticketing system (JIRA, Redmine, Digital.ai, etc)
Experience in Performance and/or Load testing
Experience with Eclipse, Visual Studios, or similar
