Responsibilities

Perform thorough testing of websites, including functionality, usability, performance, and compatibility across browsers and devices.
Identify and document defects, inconsistencies, and performance issues.
Utilize tools such as BrowserStack or similar platforms to conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing, ensuring consistent user experiences.
Use bug tracking tools such as Trello, JIRA, or similar platforms to log, track, and manage reported issues efficiently.
Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to resolve bugs in a timely manner.
Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts based on project requirements and user stories.
Perform regression, integration, and system testing to validate product quality.
Work closely with development teams, designers, and project managers to resolve issues and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in website QA or a similar role.
Perform thorough testing of websites, including functionality, usability, performance, and compatibility across browsers and devices.
Identify and document defects, inconsistencies, and performance issues.
Utilize tools such as BrowserStack or similar platforms to conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing, ensuring consistent user experiences.

Preferred

Experience in website QA for pharmaceutical education and/or marketing projects.
Proficiency with cross-browser and cross-device testing tools (e.g., BrowserStack).
Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools like Trello and JIRA.
Strong understanding of website functionality, user experience, and performance optimization.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
