Responsibilities

Develop a robust test strategy aligned with project objectives and requirements.

Create detailed test phase plans, including UAT testing (5 weeks) and SIT testing (3 weeks), to ensure timely completion of testing activities.

Configure and manage the test platform using ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) to streamline testing processes and track test artifacts efficiently.

Coordinate mock data conversions across three instances in June, mid-July, and end of August to simulate real-world scenarios and validate system functionality.

Establish metrics for tracking testing progress, defects, and other relevant parameters. Generate regular reports using Excel to provide stakeholders with insights into testing status and performance.

Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress, issues, and mitigation plans.

Oversee the defect management process, including identification, logging, prioritization, resolution, and verification of defects.

Facilitate a comprehensive test phase exit review session to evaluate the effectiveness of testing activities, identify lessons learned, and plan for future phases.
