Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality plans for roads projects, ensuring compliance with client and ISO 9001 requirements.
Provide oversight, coaching, and guidance on quality program activities.
Report quality issues, develop recommendations, and facilitate partnerships with key stakeholders.
Oversight of quality within the team, working closely with delivery partners and consultants/contractors.
Assign work, track completion, interview/select personnel, and maintain work standards.
Provide training, conduct evaluations, and ensure adherence to standards.

Required
BS or MS in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
0-3 years of related work experience
Eligibility to obtain a Professional Engineering registration in California within five years
Basic engineering knowledge in electrical engineering or a related field
Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation typically associated with engineering design
