Responsibilities
Develop, monitor, and control quality standards
Develop quality procedures and assess data quality
Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action
Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings
Identify and document issues and remediation actions
Manage remediation actions and recommend pre-emptive controls
Monitor and report quality metrics
Collaborate with senior management and business functions on data quality issues
Maintain and improve internal controls for compliance
Enable and monitor adherence to SOX controls

Required
Must have Quality Assurance/Quality Control in Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance
Develop, monitor, and control quality standards
Develop quality procedures and assess data quality
Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action
Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings
Identify and document issues and remediation actions
Manage remediation actions and recommend pre-emptive controls

Preferred
Critical thinker who proactively improves the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback
Underwriter, Underwriting experience
Claims experience
E&S, ASLI, CPCU certifications
Experience in Program Business, MGA, Managing General Agent
Experience in Commercial Underwriting
Experience in Operations or as an Operations Manager
Experience in a VP, Vice President, Director, or AVP role in Commercial Management
