Responsibilities
You will lead QA and release management processes from strategy to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
You will apply advanced quality assurance methodologies to solve complex challenges and elevate product reliability in med-tech solutions.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards, testing requirements, and release criteria.
You will design, implement, and refine testing frameworks, tools, and processes to optimize quality and efficiency.
You will organize and implement a testing data suite to optimize the development, testing and verification processes.
You will provide leadership and mentorship to QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
You will oversee comprehensive testing and validation to ensure product functionality, reliability, and compliance with regulatory standards.
You will stay updated with emerging technologies, testing tools, and industry best practices, integrating them into our QA processes.
You will communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting quality metrics, release updates, and insights to drive informed decisions.

Required
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent professional experience) or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Extensive experience in quality assurance and release management roles, with a focus on software testing and process optimization.
Skilled in testing frameworks and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of implementing effective QA strategies and improving product quality.
Excellent leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing QA team.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels.
Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities to drive quality initiatives and align release processes with business objectives.
Preferred
Expertise in automation tools such as Cypress, Selenium, or similar technologies.
Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and standards in the med-tech and/or pharmaceutical industry.
