Effective project management skills for monitoring of IMQNC initiatives and PQRCI (Proactive Quality Risk & Compliance Improvement)
Exceptional collaboration and communication capabilities to facilitate cross-functional Q&C risk mitigation problem-solving
Utilization of data-driven insights to enhance overall performance
Coordinate daily collaboration with functions on risk collection, prioritization, and effective mitigation
Drive the cadence and agendas
Uphold meeting cadence, run reports, record actions, and follow-ups
Ensure materials are prepped for meetings
Ensure correct stakeholders attend IMQNC cadence
Ensure elevations/escalations and leadership decisions are captured, shared, and followed up on
Proactively support risk mitigation to improve quality outcomes
Provide regular updates on signals and risk mitigation status to stakeholders
Support risk prioritization process effectiveness
Manage action progress tracking with function teams
Prepare reports for IMQNC updates to LT
Drive continuous improvement and expansion of IMQNC processes and capabilities
Project Lead supporting End-to-End Q&C Risk Reduction, Continuous Improvement & Sustainability within the PQRCI program
Overall project management activities for PQCRI program, tracking the milestone of the Corrective actions, supporting management meetings and presentation including meeting minutes, scheduling meetings, follow-up actions with the workstream leads, setup workshops and program metric summaries
