Responsibilities
Creation of documents, risk analysis, and report generation including COAs and investigations
Handling customer complaints and creating complaint reports
Conducting investigations and assisting with audits
Filing documents, maintaining binders and folders, using paper filing, Excel, and Word
Checking with Customer Specs, maintaining Access-generated batch records and COAs

Required
2-3 years of experience in QA documentation experience
Basic Excel and Word functions
Strong Understanding of GMPs and FDA regulations
