Responsibilities
Proofreading through content and making notes of odd passages and correcting grammar and punctuation errors prior to uploading.
Communicate with other team members when proofreading is completed.
Ask questions and collaborate with team members to ensure content is aligned with clients’ expectations.
Complete all work on time.
Actively share helpful resources to fellow team members that might help them improve their craft in content development or overall productivity.
Track your tasks in Zoho Projects and meet deadlines.
Review, edit, and revise the Social Media Calendar for each client they’re responsible for. This includes, but is not limited to, grammar, punctuation, spelling, capitalization, checking the tone/voice of the client via the Brand Brief, and making sure the Bible verses are the correct reference and translation.
Review the content in its final stage in Zoho for any final edits or adjustments that need to be made. If there are any, inform the Graphic Designer/Video Editor with a new task in Asana under the client’s Project folder within the same weekly due date.
Record the hours spent creating content, and the content created for a certain client.

Required
Strong grasp of English with excellent grammar and spelling skills and the ability to create engaging content.
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently
The pace of work can be fast at times, so we’re looking for someone who can keep up while also remaining organized and paying attention to the small details
Excellent verbal, written and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Proficiency in G-Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Slides and Sheets)
Preferred
Prior proofreading, copy editor, editor experience preferred.
Experience with churches is a plus!
