Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end QA process, including test planning, execution, and defect management.
Conduct various types of testing (functional, regression, integration, UAT, performance) to ensure product quality.
Utilize test automation tools like Selenium or QTP, and manage test cases and defects using tools like JIRA or TestRail.
Review requirements to ensure they are clear, complete, and testable.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and leadership to define quality standards and expectations.
Provide mentorship and training to junior QA engineers.

Required
5+ years of experience in QA or software testing roles.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean) and SDLC processes.
Experience with IBM ACE, APPIGEE, and DataPower.
Proficiency in test automation and test management tools.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Analytical problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
