Responsibilities
Development: Promotes and adopts consistent testing standards, tools, and processes. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the functionality, reliability, and performance of our products/services.
Testing: Perform manual and automated testing of software applications, identifying and documenting defects with clear steps for reproduction.
Technical Support: Conduct Level 3 technical customer support, researching and investigating issues that may be needed for support tickets.
Improve Efficiency: Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and design effective test strategies.
Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing to validate software changes and updates.
Assurance: Collaborate with developers to facilitate the resolution of identified issues and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software.
Continuous Learning: Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in quality assurance and testing methodologies.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
Experience and interest in quality assurance/testing roles, with a focus on manual and automated testing
Working knowledge of databases and proficiency writing SQL queries
4+ years of proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
Experience using tools such as Postman for Web API and application testing
Experience with Android, iOS mobile application testing
Experience with responsive web site testing
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple projects and requests simultaneously while prioritizing company needs
Strong attention to detail and ability to meticulously document defects
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
Ability to gain the cooperation of others in the pursuit of company goals
Strong work ethic with proven track record of dependability and consistency
Preferred
Html, CSS, and JavaScript a plus
