Responsibilities
Manage and track APEX Quality Control
Assist data collection
Assist in creating monthly reports
Assist in creating monthly reports to submit to school systems (Gwinnett, Rockdale, Newton)
Participate in QA workgroups, meetings, and trainings
Assist clinician with caseload management, and ensure the service provided is authorized by insurance as well as school systems
Assist office manager as needed
Check and monitor insurance coverage at the beginning of the service and each month
Assist in monitoring failed activities
Participate in weekly and monthly meetings

Required
High School Diploma or GED with three (3) year experience in a technical job related to the area of assignment
Valid driver's license
Must be at least 21 years old
Must be able to write, read, speak, and comprehend English and Spanish
Must be able to operate Microsoft Office, Excel, Access and Windows applications fluently
Must have excellent human relations skills, having dealt with a variety of customers and employees
Must work well under pressure and act as problem solver and team player
Must understand and be willing to adhere to all team member policies, procedures, and processes included in the Team Handbook and the Patient’s Right Handbook
Must have full insurance coverage on the vehicle used to work
Submission to a fingerprint criminal background checks whose results allow employment with the organization
Submission to a pre-employment drug screen
Preferred
Experience with data entry; Carelogic experience preferred, quality control
Proficient in utilizing a computer, keyboard, and basic knowledge of office applications (Word, Excel)
Willing to work within a team
