Responsibilities

Research and resolve discrepancies accurately using available resources.

Maintain flow of discrepant product by resolving them in FIFO or Prioritization order.

Communicate repetitive errors and problems to Quality Supervisor or Manager.

Ensure quality metrics are captured, analyzed, and communicated for improvement.

Support data collection for regulatory reporting and verify compliance.

Maintain good customer relationships by responding efficiently.

Follow safety rules and regulations per Company guidelines.

Maintain Quality 5 S standards.

Report feedback to management and implement continuous improvement processes.

Understand and meet customer quality goals.

Participate in quality programs and project teams.

Make recommendations for continuous improvement of work processes.

Perform other assigned duties.

Required

High school diploma or GED and 2 years of relevant experience.

Ability to operate powered basic material handling equipment, i.e. electric pallet jack, forklift, etc.

2-4 years of warehouse experience including computer skills preferred.

Effective communication and PC skills required.

Customer service driven.

Strong team player.

Ability to follow policies and procedures.

Ability to read, write and interpret information.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.

Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel.

Ability to sit/walk/stand for up to 10 hours per day.

Ability to intermittently crawl, squat, climb, twist, bend, stoop, push or pull.

Ability to lift/carry items less than 50 pounds.

Must possess visual acuity, i.e., close, distance, and color vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Preferred

2-4 years of warehouse experience including computer skills preferred.
