Responsibilities
Create and maintain test documentation.
Develop and update Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
Monitor document revisions.
Ensure documentation compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with teams for accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Conduct document audits.
Prepare reports on document status, revisions, and compliance.
Maintain quality records for internal/external auditors.
Assist with audits.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required
High School Diploma/GED
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in creating clear, concise, and accurate technical documents and test plans
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of quality management principles, standards, and practices
Ability to identify issues in documentation processes and develop effective solutions
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Work effectively within a team environment and collaborate with various departments
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documentation
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
Knowledge of ISO 9001
Previous experience as Quality Document Controller
