Responsibilities
Guide the design for quality, manufacturability, and producibility during product development.
Ensure project quality plans are compliant with customers' requirements and standards.
Transition the product to manufacturing, improve process capability, efficiency, and product quality.
Lead failure analysis, develop troubleshooting & repair schemes, and engage with suppliers to drive improvement and implement process controls.

Required
BS in a technical discipline
7+ years’ experience in a manufacturing engineering, operations project management, or quality position
Knowledge of AS9100 rev D and experience working in aerospace environment
