Responsibilities
Develop, apply, revise, maintain, and test quality/reliability standards to ensure alignment with customer expectations.
Design and implement methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the quality/reliability of products.
Develop and implement quality/reliability test plans and perform failure analysis.
Gather operational and test data, evaluate results, and prepare documentation for testing.
Develop methods, parameters, project methodology, and/or project proposals.
Evaluate work methods, procedures, and policies to ensure world-class quality standards are attainable.
Perform FMECA, document CRAMS, work with suppliers and engineers to enable CRAMS test plan, and perform PQP at suppliers.
