Responsibilities
Performs site Internal Audits per latest revision of AS9100 and ISO 13485
Supports all 3rd Party Audits
Generates, issues, and monitors Corrective Actions
Performs or assists in the completion of AS9102 First Article Inspections
Performs or assists in the creation and updating of QMS Procedures, Instructions, and Forms.
Supports and assists with Product Inspection, including Incoming, In-Process, and Final Inspection.
Leads and supports continuous improvement of QMS

Required
Associate Degree in relevant field or minimum of four (4) years applicable experience in Quality or Electronics manufacturing environment.
Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, BOMs, manufacturing instructions
Ability to use basic measuring equipment
Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office programs
An understanding of AS9100, ISO 9001, AS9102, and ISO 13485
Understanding of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, DVT, DFM, DOE, Gage R&R Measurement Analysis, SPC, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, DMAIC, PDCA, FAI, etc.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations.
Must read, write, and speak fluent English.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Understanding of statistical mathematics as applied to quality assurance applications.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
Ability to deal with complex problems and operate independently.

AS9100 Internal or Lead Auditor
ISO 13489 Internal or Lead Auditor
ASQ (American Society of Quality), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), or Six-Sigma Green Belt (CSSBB)
IPC-600, Acceptability of Printed Circuit Boards
IPC-A-610, Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies
IPC/WHMA-A-620, Requirements and Acceptance for Cable and Wire Harness Assemblies
IPC J-STD-001, Requirements for Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies
