Responsibilities

Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures, standards, and processes.

Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Monitor production lines to ensure quality standards are met.

Review customer requirements and ensure products meet them.

Participate in new part launch process to ensure manufacturability of new products.

Work with Sales, QA Manager, and customers to understand specifications and production processes.

Assign SPS storyboard for major quality problems and work on corrective actions.

Create and implement customer QIPs as needed, updating customers on progress.

Create process flow diagrams, PFMEAs, and control plans for PPAP submission.

Perform audits (ISO/LPA's) to validate adherence to the management system.

Investigate customer complaints, identify root cause, and develop corrective actions.
