Responsibilities
Operate the Lagrange site QMS to meet customer, regulatory, and corporate requirements.
Improve product and process quality to enhance customer satisfaction.
Investigate complaints and non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
Represent company in quality discussions with customers.
Plan and execute quality activities for new product introductions.
Maintain QMS registrations, conduct audits, and update documentation.
Support local supplier quality processes and arrange audits.
Provide training on quality awareness and improvement methodologies.
Contribute to corporate quality projects and initiatives.
Participate in Lagrange management team activities.

Required
Minimum 5 years in quality role in Electronics or related Manufacturing
Understanding of ISO9001 and ISO13485; familiarity with FDA QSR and/or automotive requirements
Proficiency in statistical quality tools and methodologies
Collaborative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical/Electronics
Preferred
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
Six Sigma or ASQ CQE certification preferred
