Responsibilities

Leads and Manages ISO9001 Program for Prior Lake Facility.

Manages quality complaints from customers, ensuring timely resolution.

Conducts root cause analysis on quality and warranty claims and implements preventative measures.

Determines quality improvement parameters using statistical methods.

Creates training material, monitors progress, and ensures general understanding of quality requirements.

Coordinates internal and/or external audits, prepares audit schedules and reports.

Assures product and process quality through test methods, process improvements, workmanship standards, training, and quality inspection programs.

Complies with OSHA Safety and DEQ Environmental regulations.

Develops and maintains calibration programs.

Works on first part approval processes and external production part approval processes.

Develops and maintains statistical process controls where needed.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Discipline

3+ years' experience managing ISO 9001:2015 program

5+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment; sheet metal welding shop desired

Organization skills

Be able to work with little supervision

Familiar with Lean Manufacturing

Proficient with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
