Responsibilities

Advanced understanding of electro-mechanical high speed Computer Server Processor product functional and design specifications background.

Experience in leading FMEA’s is highly desirable.

Support AS9100 compliance and recertification.

Devises and implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment.

Conducts quality assurance tests.

Performs statistical analysis to assess the cost of, and determine the responsibility for, products or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications.

Prepares and maintains a variety of reports concerning Quality Metrics.

Supports and has a high degree of documentation control systems understanding.

Reviews returned material and verifies customer complaints; develops action plan to address discrepancies; communicates with customers as required.

Communicates and resolves QA issues with operators/technicians on a day-to-day basis.

Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
