Responsibilities
Develop, document, and maintain test cases, and test data.
Execute test plans and report defects using industry-standard tools.
Collaborate with developers, systems engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure test coverage and effective issue resolution.
Participate in requirement reviews and provide input on requirements, and potential problems.

Required
3-7 years of software/system testing experience
1-2 years of web testing experience (e.g., functional testing, troubleshooting endpoint errors)
Basic understanding of how APIs work
Working knowledge of industry-standard testing tools, such as TestRail and JIRA
Strong experience in designing test cases
Ability to work independently and take initiative, typically under general supervision and direction
Strong ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders, including systems engineers and developers, to develop test cases and testing strategies
Basic SQL scripting experience (needed for looking through logs)
Previous experience with Point of Sale (POS) testing
Experience using Postman for API testing
