Responsibilities

ISO 9001 Implementation and Maintenance: Assist in the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 standards. Help develop and update quality management system documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and forms.

ISO 26262 Audit Preparation: Support preparation for upcoming ISO 26262 audits. Assist in developing audit plans, conducting internal audits, and ensuring compliance with functional safety standards.

Licensing Compliance: Help manage and oversee licensing compliance efforts. Ensure that all software and product licenses are up-to-date and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Quality Assurance: Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance processes to ensure that products meet established standards of quality, reliability, and performance. Participate in regular quality audits and inspections.

Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvements and support initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. Assist in implementing best practices and continuous improvement efforts across the organization.

Risk Management: Assist in conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies to address potential quality and compliance issues. Help maintain and update risk management documentation.

Training and Development: Provide support in training and guiding employees on quality standards and compliance procedures. Assist in developing training materials and conducting workshops as needed.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and customer service, to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Foster a culture of quality and compliance within the organization.

Reporting: Assist in preparing and presenting quality reports to senior management. Track and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Required

Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 26262 standards is a plus.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
