Responsibilities

Execute manual test cases to identify software defects and ensure product quality.

Document and report bugs to the development team.

Write detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases based on product requirements.

Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand user stories and acceptance criteria.

Support the development and maintenance of automated test scripts.

Learn and apply automation tools and frameworks under the guidance of senior team members.

Maintain accurate and detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results.

Ensure documentation is up-to-date and reflects the current state of testing activities.

Engage in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives as part of the agile development process.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of software.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

2 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing.

Experience working in an Agile software development environments.

Basic understanding of software development and testing principles.

Familiarity with test management tools and bug tracking systems.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Preferred

Internship or coursework in quality assurance, software testing, or related areas is a plus.

Exposure to programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is beneficial.
