Responsibilities
Lead the Quality Department, encompassing three managerial roles: Quality Manager, Design Quality Manager, and Construction Quality Manager.
Maintain the quality system for the project, ensuring compliance with ISO9001 standards.
Manage documentation reviews, including test plans and quality plans.
Act as the liaison with transit authorities, facilitating meetings and ensuring project requirements are met.
Prepare and oversee monthly and daily reports, upholding stringent documentation standards.
Direct and coordinate a team of professionals, ensuring the quality of work meets project specifications.

Required
A minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in the Quality Field, with at least five (5) years in a managerial capacity.
Certified ISO-9001 Lead Auditor, recognized by the ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board (ANAB) or Exemplar Global.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven analytical skills, with effective time management and task prioritization.
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing or transit is highly preferred, with a focus on quality management within these sectors.
