Responsibilities
Inspect/Audit product using all variable or attribute measuring equipment and record results to ensure conformance with part and Customer requirements.
Be able to read, interpret, and understand print requirements including those developed using Geometric Dimension and Tolerancing (GD&T).
Be able to read and understand aerospace, military, and industry specifications along with manufacturing instructions.
Conducts conventional inspection to Engineering requirements using Height Gauges, Calipers, Micrometers, Bore gauges, and other standard inspection gauging equipment and methodologies.
Working with vision systems such as Keyence, CMM, and Zeis
Utilizing height gauges, pin gauges, calipers, micrometers, etc...
Responsible for First Part Buy Off, Receiving, In-Process, Final and First Article Inspections.
Fully understand AS9102 requirements.
Analyze CMM reports to determine part acceptance.

Required
2+ years' experience as a quality inspector
Ability to apply skilled mechanical inspection methods (caliper, micrometer, CMM, etc.)
Ability to read and interpret work instructions and procedure manuals
HSD diploma or GED
Detail Oriented
