Responsibilities

Perform first article (FAIR) tasks including documentation and reports.

Perform 1st piece, in-process, and last piece inspection using various measuring equipment according to company standards.

Submit PPAP documents.

Perform incoming and final inspection tasks according to AS 9100 procedures.

Perform process audits and follow-up with corrective actions.

Ensure material quality meets customer specifications through quality policies and procedures.

Cross train across multiple departments.

Perform data collection and communication tasks in ERP and other applications.

Perform miscellaneous quality-related clerical duties.

Comply with all company policies.

Required

3 - 8 years of successful prior Essential Duty experience.

Ability to effectively use common measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, gauges (pin, thread, indicator, height), optical comparators and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).

Demonstrated blueprint reading skills to GD&T standards.

Basic CAD skills

Ability to effectively use MS Office Products.

Ability to read/write in English and perform basic math functions including statistical skills like SPC and capability.

Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.

Eligibility to work with sensitive controlled data and materials according to ITARs policy and practice.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools. (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
