Responsibilities
Manage all quality assurance functions to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in alignment with NADCAP and ISO 14001 standards.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Maintain and update quality documentation to comply with NADCAP, ISO 14001, and other relevant standards.
Prepare for and lead internal and external audits, ensuring successful outcomes.
Implement corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformances and improve quality processes.
Lead, mentor, and develop the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide training and development opportunities for team members.
Collaborate with other departments to promote quality awareness and best practices throughout the organization.
Report regularly to the President on quality metrics, improvement initiatives, and compliance status.
Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
Develop and present comprehensive quality reports to senior management.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Proven experience in quality management roles, with a strong understanding of NADCAP and ISO 14001 standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
Experience in the plating industry or similar fields.
Six Sigma or other quality certification.
