Lead the quality management system and ensure compliance with ISO 9001/IATF 16949 and Core Tools.
Utilize expertise in metallurgy, steelmaking, and fabricating processes to drive quality improvements.
Provide leadership and guidance to the quality team, conduct audits, and implement best practices.

Required
5+ years of experience as a Quality Manager in a production processing environment
Leadership and auditor experience
Familiarity with ISO 9001/IATF 16949 and Core Tools
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or another Engineering discipline
Quality certifications
Experience with metalworking, steelmaking, and fabricating processes
