Responsibilities
Identify, report, and resolve safety hazards as a part of the site leadership team
Assure adherence to quality procedures and work instructions
Design and implement long-term progressive quality strategies and objectives
Drive quality through the complete product lifecycle
Develop, implement, and administer appropriate policies, procedures, and workflow
Ensure quality programs meet or exceed customer, legal, and relevant regulatory requirements
Communicate effectively and work cross-functionally with suppliers, customers, and other functions
Manage, develop, and coach the Quality Assurance/Control team

Required
Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Material Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of management experience
Demonstrated experience with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
Demonstrated experience with statistical analysis, process improvement methodologies, and quality assurance and control concepts and systems
Excellent communication skills; speak, read, and write in English
Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
Proven teamwork and leadership ability
Preferred
Lean training and experience
Six Sigma Green Belt Certification; Black Belt
