Responsibilities

Executes complex large and/or technical program(s) with a broad focus that meet the needs of the organization, employees and/or customers.

Plans, initiates, oversees execution of all elements for assigned program(s).

Leads the development, implementation and management of assigned program(s) and associated projects.

Oversees process from planning to completion.

Works with multiple internal teams, vendors, clients.

Responsible for explaining, training, and mentoring the entire organization on the program.

Collaborates with SHS system experts to ensure focus, alignment, and best practices for the program.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.

Five (5) years directly related experience in a managed care/health plan/health insurance setting required.

Leadership experience required.

Experience in management principles, practices, policies, procedures and regulations as they relate to assigned program(s) required.

Experience and/or training in computer applications, including word processing and spreadsheet software, required.

Preferred

Experience being a subject matter expert for Medicaid or CCO metrics and specifications

Strong analytical skills

Ability to lead quality initiatives with provider groups

Strategic planning to improve performance

Master’s degree preferred.
