Responsibilities

Conduct practical and impactful quantitative research on our community of hosts and guests.

Uncover insights about users by using sophisticated and innovative methodologies, measurement strategies, experiments, and mixed-methods research.

Partner and share insights with product teams, other insights teams, data scientists, marketers, policy managers, and executives.

Required

Masters or PhD in Psychology, Survey Science/Methods, Human-Computer Interaction, Economics, Political Science, or a related field

10+ years of industry experience

Experience with statistical analysis, modeling, experimental design, and survey design

Experience with statistical analysis packages (R, Stata, SPSS, etc.)

Experience with survey programming platforms (Confirmit, Qualtrics, etc.)

Experience managing projects involving cross-functional teams

Preferred

6+ years in-house experience at a tech or hospitality company

Experience with qualitative research methods

Experience with SQL, ETL and Python

Coding/scripting skills

Experience with cross-cultural products or international surveys
