Required
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and other accounting software
Financial reporting, analysis, and reconciliation skills
Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial advisory
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Must be US-Based
Must not take on any other related work outside of IAS
Preferred
Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience with nonprofit/grant accounting
